When discussing nutrition, we never really think about the book Men are from Mars, and Women are from Venus do we?
It may not have been meant to apply to food, but it can. Women don’t need to eat as much men, and men don’t have to be forced to eat “chick food.”
We need to forget what every trendy diet says, and just focus on going back to the basics.
…“Unfortunately, everything the experts tell us about diet is aimed at the whole population, and we are not all the same.” -The Scientist magazine
Food is best when it is fresh, ripe, and cooked without too much chemicals or preservatives.
Also, force feeding your children has been linked to obesity in children and continues to their adulthood.
Let’s forget about generalizing on nutrition and health. We are all created equal, but we are not all made of the same DNA and genes.
So, what works for one may not always work for the other. Find the diet that fits your lifestyle, and as long as it works for you, and you’re happy, then life is good.
