Strength and Grit Fitness offers you more than cookie cutter exercise programs, like some other guys. You receive a full concierge service that provides accountability, support, and the direction needed to sustain healthy lifestyle and fitness changes – along with customized exercise and training programs that fit your busy professional working lifestyle. Not to mention, our trainers have also worked in the corporate world and have experienced the same challenges with getting fit and healthy as you have. We can relate, and have learned how to overcome these challenges to reach our peak fitness potential – let us help you reach yours.
Using our custom training app (available for desktop and mobile), you will receive a customized training and nutrition coaching* that’s tailored for your specific goals in mind, and utilizing a combination of strength training, cardiovascular, and mobility exercises to help you reach peak results.
Each program also includes email support and a weekly video conference consultation with one of our trainers to help answer any questions you may have and help guide you, as you complete the program. The program is billed month-to-month; all we ask is you make a commitment to yourself for 3 months and let our coaches take you to the next level.

You No Longer HAVE to Go into a Gym. Lots of people don’t like gyms. They’re not always comfortable, welcoming environments. They’re not always conveniently located, either. Being able to train anywhere – in the comfort of your own home, for example – can be a big advantage. Don’t get us wrong, we love the gym and we can customize a program for you whether you have a gym membership, plan to get one, or whether you prefer to workout at home. You decide.
Scheduling is a Non-issue. For you, the busy working professional, booking with a trainer from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. can be a headache. Additionally, a strict appointment time puts undue pressure on you to be a certain place at a certain time. It’s frustrating to show up 5 or 10 minutes late for an appointment because of traffic and miss part of the workout that you paid for. With online coaching, you have flexibility to get the workouts done that best suit you.
Stronger Accountability and Support. Let’s be honest. Online coaching is a benefit for our trainers too. It means they can get more done in a shorter amount of time, rather than spending one hour (or sometimes more) with a client which limits our ability to help other clients. You will get stronger accountability and support from our trainers using the online coaching model.

Free Client App to Track Online Coaching. Not to mention that you get the additional value-add of using our customized training app to allow you to see stats, track progress, and communicate with your trainer in real time. It also allows us to monitor your progress and make custom adjustments that are right for you on the fly!

If you love working with us, you can recommend us to anyone – friends, family, colleagues – everyone has the ability to work with us, because we’re not limited by location. Hybrid Coaching and 100% In-Person Coaching
For those who are local to the Temescal Valley, CA and surrounding areas, we also offer hybrid and in-person coaching.
Our hybrid clients enjoy the same benefits as our online coaching clients including exercise and nutrition coaching, email support, and one weekly in-person session in place of the video conference to get personalized attention and motivation.

Do I Need a Gym Membership?
If you wish, but it’s not required. We understand that working out at a gym can be intimidating for some, especially beginners. We can customize programs that do not require a gym membership and that you can do in the comfort of your own home, or wherever is convenient for you.
How Much Time is this Going to Take?
We teach lifestyle changes, and some of these may be new concepts to some of our clients. After you become accustomed to your program, you may find certain things repetitive and your time streamlined as you become familiarized. All in all, you should expect to spend between 4-8 hours a week at first between workouts, meal planning and prepping, and establishing new habits.
I Just Want To Drop 30 lbs in a Month, Can You Help?
We teach long term lifestyle habits and changes, and do not encourage quick weight loss programs, slimming teas, or drastic detoxes and diet programs that can lead to negative impacts on your metabolism and overall health. We focus on teaching our clients proper exercise and nutrition habits, to make this a lifestyle and not a quick fix. If you are interested in changing your life, then we may be the right coaching platform for you.
I Want to Follow a Specific Nutrition Protocol (Keto, Paleo, etc). Can you help?
We are nutrition program agnostic, and we provide a customized and sustainable program based on your goals, that provides a balanced perspective on nutrition coaching. Although we do not encourage fad diets, there are certain conditions that would warrant using certain diet protocols like Keto, Paleo, or for those of our clients that are Vegan or Vegetarian. We are here to support you in your journey, and provide you sound nutrition coaching based on YOUR goals. No judgement.
Do You Provide Meal Plans for Diabetics (or other ailments)?
We do not formulate meal plans to diagnose or treat certain diseases; if you have a specific medical condition requiring medical intervention, please consult your physician and/or registered dietitian for specific meal planning. We can however, partner with you and your medical professional in providing sustainable coaching and habit changes in conjunction with a balanced exercise program to achieve the best long term results.
I Do Crossfit, Can You Help?
At this time, our exercise coaching does not include Crossfit or Crossfit programming. If you’d like to inquire about getting on specific programming that incoporporates dynamic warm-ups, strength training and periodization, mobility and stabilization, corrective exercise, and flexibility then we can help.
